THE NEXT GENERATION IN WOUND THERAPY

Introducing an FDA Cleared NPWT system that allows for lower pressure and increased healing

Clear Choice Therapeutics
The Future of Civilian and Military Wound Care

Developed by two orthopedic surgeons, our innovative PREVENT product line is a CLEAR CHOICE over traditional Negative-Pressure Wound Therapy (NPWT) foam dressings. The unique transparent honeycomb design allows for direct visualization of the wound. In case studies, clinicians have observed when using at lower pressures, minimal to NO fluid retention and NO smell. Patients report less pain on dressing changes, and clinicians have commented about improved healing of complex wounds. Clinical case studies have observed rapid healing and hospital cost savings!

PREVENT: A New Clear Choice

For several decades, there has been limited innovation in NPWT… until now! CCT products are designed for clinicians by clinicians. PREVENT’s biggest advantage lies in its ability to replace the foam as a wound contact layer. The non-compressible and non-porous features are designed to reduce adhesion, tissue ingrowth, and stagnant wound fluid. All commonly observed in foam dressings, and can contribute to bio-burden and smell. Improve clinical outcomes and reduce costs with PREVENT – the first product in a long line of novel products to come!

CLEAR HONEYCOMB DESIGN & THIN PROFILE:

  • PREVENT’s unique geometry ensures efficient fluid evacuation, even under compression, for smoother wound drainage.
  • PREVENT’s more efficient flow characteristics allows for uniform negative pressure distribution across the wound surface.
  • PREVENT provides visibility of the wound and it’s thin profile reduces storage needs by up to 79%!

No smell… Pain was pretty minimal… No tissue adherence… We did it at bedside and she said 100% do it bedside from now on. Looks incredible… very pleased. Very Impressed! — Ortho Trauma, Macon, GA

Advantages of the PREVENT NPWT System

Lower Pressure and Intermittent Suction

Clear Choice Therapeutics PREVENT Kit wound filler allows for lower pressure and more efficient transmission of negative pressure and fluid removal.

PREVENT does not retain fluid like foam

Thermoplastic Elastomer Negative Pressure Wound Therapy Interface contact layer does not allow fluid retention as traditional foam does.

Intermittent/cyclic suction is better than continuous

Intermittent suction allows for tissue re-perfusion and improved blood flow.

Clinical Use Feedback

They were easy to apply and easy for my patients to wear… I really do enjoy the way its application in tunnels is very seamless and easy… no odor and not a single area with slough, much less purulence… We only have to spend two hours a week on his dressings, which is a miracle. Esp with these results.

I am D/cing the vac today. Looks good. Feedback from patient is that she liked the PREVENT better than foam stating it was much more comfortable

Thank you!!!!!! You saved her.

So far one amazing result and a couple of good performances.

I have one patient that I just d/c’d her NPWT …, she is looking fabulous. I have been happy with the lack of malodor and skin damage when using Prevent. Also, there is no ingrowth… and I know my patients appreciate it when the dressing is being changed.”

I felt the Prevent made a big difference in the trajectory of the wound healing- even if only used for a short period of time.

I think y’all are on to something… the patient showed progression. The staff is very interested in using it more

I really like the lack of malodor I get with use of this product… we have been stacking the prevent to fill the space and it has been working well.”
